Launched in August 2024 by the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF), Eagles' Skydive Sri Lanka is the country's first USPA-affiliated drop zone — operated from the beachfront of SLAF Station Koggala, just adjacent to Koggala Airport. Jumps take place from Y-12 aircraft, Cessna planes, or helicopters, with trained SLAF parachute instructors guiding every tandem dive. The Koggala drop zone — known as the Eagles' Catalina Drop Zone — offers one of the most scenic jump routes in Asia, with aerial views over Koggala Lagoon, the southern coastline, and surrounding jungle canopy. Two packages are available: the Silver Package (10,000 ft) and the Gold Package (13,500 ft), both including video, photos, and a completion certificate. Advance booking is strongly recommended via the official website.
